The question of legitancy of Bennett's re appointment after being rejected by shareholders is one that I think needs to be clarified, perhaps by Doug Taylor if Winchester post is correct.
The question is does a Director appoitment need to be approved by the board if so and Winchester is correct in saying Doug Taylor did not vote on the appointment is the appointment legal.
If not Bennett cannot represent PNE in any decisions or have any right to use PNE funds for expenses.
Are there any legal beavers on HC that can clarify my thoughts?
