ERM are looking good. Starting to be supported at 24/25cps. Could still go to abt 22c next week due to overall market pressures. Completing the CR as they have done instead of going back to shareholders for a raising is easier,quicker and way cheaper. THe person who said its a rip-off - I disagree. Do you have any idea how much it costs to raise money via share placements to existing shareholders? Normally Millions!!! Also, going back to exisitng shareholders and asking for more is generally bad for the SP. Anyone that has spent any time watching the market will probably agree that most people get shares at a discount only to sell them on market for stag profit. THis usually pushes the price down below the CR price. Conversely, with a placement to larger investors, the shares are usually held for the L/T with no negative pressure on the SP. THis is good. Looking forward, the stock seems well supported at its current price, likely to breakout above 30cps in the S/T and should be supported by ongoing drill results.
Price has come down as it should which is positive.
