Had the same problem 2 weeks ago with the mandarin tree and used the Woolies "Select" flyspray. Interestingly, the second wave, but in reduced numbers, did not respond to the "PeaBeu" fast kill insect killer (low irritant Lemon fresh). The "select" worked a treat - dead bugs all over the ground - but it was nearly empty and has now been tossed so cannot reference but from memory one of the ingredients was pyrethrim. Just looking at the peabeau can now - no pyrethrin.
