Hi jimace, did you say Australia is a mess? I have been living in Australia for 8 years now and I call it a heaven in every way possible. No matter who comes to power, the country is always in the right hands irrespective of what you think about any particular political party. Australia in spite of having the convict history, is the most honest country I have ever lived in. I can go on and on about Australia and it's people. In short, it's not your fault if you are not born in Australia, but it is your fault if you don't visit Australia at least once in your lifetime. As far as I am concerned, I not only visited this majestic place, I also made it my home.

You said beach got early in Tanzania. Guess what? Nobody else wanted to risk their money in a place like that in spite of the lake full of oil. I would eat the left over in my house any day than venture out in the middle of the night to a place filled with gangsters to buy the best burger in the world.

If Beach was a African company, then it would make all the sense in the world to invest in a place like Tanzania.

I would also like to remind you that countries like China, India, US are all investing in Australia. Why would people not realize the potential here right under their feet when the outsiders can see it clearly? I guess some people always think the other side is greener no matter what. Hehehehe.
