I don't know about ' bullish ' but I spend a bit of time looking at what is going on in parts of Sydney.

It all depends whether it is for a home or as an investment.

I have a particular interest in the southern suburbs of Sydney and in particular, I like areas that are near amenities but are bordered by water so you only go there if you are going there.

I particularly like the region bordered by Kyle Bay, Connell's Point, Blakehurst and Hurstville Grove - all quite close to Hurstville but a world away. Allawah appears to be doing particularly well.

In the end it is about whether it is a home / investment but the above are very nice areas IMO.
