Curiosity go the better of me and I had a quick look at some of the properties in Sydney.
There is one at Hurstville Grove which is a good area, the rent for a normal townhouse in that region would be about $550 and I think DFH are getting $610. I think rents will go up in that area fairly fast so I would look to see if DFH are factoring in CPI otherwise the market rent will leave it for dead in a few years.
Very small living area 123sqm but it is a good area and near the water (George's River).
