careful with the depth. 3.5 million of them are where they will never be hit - the big spike on the left hand side of buyers below 0.42. And it is a loooong way above the upper bollinger.
Pump and dump? perhaps not - but it has done this before and come down hard.
I cant see if they are all at the same price or whether they are a normal spread. But in either case if its a prop it will get pulled when the pumper has made their money and if they are legit - with the usual irony of the market, when the buyers figure their orders are too low and have no chance of being hit and pull them - then support will collapse and they will wish they had left them there.....
