The dump makes sense though -
(1) a "strategic review" presumably on how to extract from Qld (clean-up the site) without costing too much in borrowed money; while at the same time making DERM the scapegoat.
(2) no specifics concerning the export of electricity which reads like a small technical test. ie. there is no actual proof the technology works commercially yet.
(3) a criminal court case by DERM against the CEO for a toxic environmental spill
(4) a stack of legal fights (see http://apps.courts.qld.gov.au/esearching/Results.aspx?Lastcompanyname=carbon+energy )suggestive of what? Disgruntled suppliers? employees?
(5) a mortagee with a lien on the IP that seems to be a semantic Chinese wall away from an existing board member?
What's next? Who wouldn't dump with all this going on?
The forthcoming quarterly financial statement will be an interesting read indeed.
