It appears that the directors are quite commited to the long-term value of this company. After all, they own a fair proportion of the stock on issue and it is almost 2 years since the company relisted and they have not disposed of any of their holdings (even after spikes in the SP when they were doing due diligence on two other deals that they looked at). On the contrary, a director increased his holdings not long ago.
It is hard to tell when the next announcement will be. They do not appear to the in the game of baseless announcement for short-term share price movements.
Good to see some support come in today. There has been some selling pressure building over the last few days below 10c. Could have shaken out some punters who are too impatient.
Great medium term prospects for this one.
