How would ADN s/holders view an offer from ADN to MEP of a one for one share swap to takeover MEP?
This would inflate ADNs shares on issue by 23.5% (fully diluted basis) but obviously inflates ADN's % of GW and CL by 33%, (75% to 100%) and NatNanoTech by 100% (50% to 100%). Cash reserves would also double (app).
Seems like good value.
