Ive been thinking this aswell but had no Idea what a bid or offer could look like. At 1:1 ratio I would vote yes, I think it would be good for both ADN and MEP share holders by bringing overhead cost reductions. I think its a win win situation at 1:1. at 1.5:1 I would vote no.
