Share consolidation is viewed as a way for directors to bury their failure past. If you following this one long enough they did that zillion time in the past if any long term shareholder from the past still holding...probably their holding now worth a peanut or two. The same old faces still on the board of director so don't expect the perform of this share going anywhere.

The best way to wipe out the past is to wipe out the board of directors, management renew is overdue for this company.
