that's right Ryzie. it's also possible other parties want to get in on the cap raise and the board may be considering a higher cap raise amount. the fact IOUs first response stated they had nothing to disclose and then less than 24 hours later they call a trading halt for a cap raise will raise some eyebrows at the asx. having read their second response the approach was unsolicited, so there is a strong argument that they had nothing to disclose at the time of the first response.
