same same but a little different......if it quacks like a duckIt may be illegal but the question that needs to be asked, is where are the speed cameras to catch them? we already know there is much evidence to prove that self regulation does not work, in any industry, this industry is one of the worst, so unless ASX have tools to monitor and they actually do that all of the time, then you can assume it is going on.
