I'm with your hypothesis. I expected last 2 weeks of March. I'm waiting for then as well, like many others that bought into last March's crash to collect the 50% Capital Gains Tax relief.
Whatever you think about where IOU's share price is going, the price is holding up extremely well (compared to most other stocks on the ASX), which bodes well for the future share price.
