I agree, most of the funds would have changed their portfolio weights to more mid caps, large caps and shifting towards value stocks (for now). Portfolio managers would be assesing their clients risk and in conjunction with the market economic conditions and to provide portfolio strategies for their high-value clients.
At the end of the day its risk/reward for ALL investors both retail and institutional.
These portfolio weights are constantly shifting based predominantly on their clients risk apetite.
I strongly believe that these preferences are minor setbacks for the growth stocks.
