Actually Clee Capital Pty Ltd did receive a rather tasty 7% commission and the options appear to be the froth on top. The options have yet to be voted upon by us the holders. This is from the 18/02 announcement - Proposed issue of securities.
7E.1b What fee, commission or other consideration is payable to them for acting as lead manager/broker?
7% on the gross amount raised under the placement.
Additionally, subject to shareholder approval, the Company will issue 15,000,000 unlisted options with an
exercise price of $1.00, expiring 12 months from their date of issue to the lead manager or their nominees.
GLTAH. Exciting times ahead.
