They did get paid - 7%. The options are yet to be approved by us shareholders. AGM is expected in April as per release on 18/02/21.
7E.1b What fee, commission or other consideration is payable to them for acting as lead manager/broker?
7% on the gross amount raised under the placement.
Additionally, subject to shareholder approval, the Company will issue 15,000,000 unlisted options with an
exercise price of $1.00, expiring 12 months from their date of issue to the lead manager or their nominees
