HI Debohon,The $50mil cash raise was actually at a 15% premium to the 15 days VWAP. I won't place too much attention to IOU's 1 day close at 70c - saying that the CR was at a steep discount. Obviously the company, market and just about everyone else knew at that point in time 70c sp was abit of an over shoot. Its understanable at the time. Which is why the company raised at 50c which represented a very strong 15% premium over its 15 days vwap at the time. It was an excellent price point imo that IOU managed to secure such a premium CR.
Yes we are at 38c now - but we have been through March tech sell off and we appear to have held up ok and the Nasdaq now is regaining alot and looks to have turned the corner. Will see going forward but I am positive with the outlook.
We have since come so much further since mid-Feb to now we are nearly 2 months after the CR and things have progressed a hell of alot more.Plus we have the $55mil cash in the bank ready for some serious expansion - IOU cash backing alone is worth 10c per share.
Mobile Banking Services revenue looks to be solid. Circa $2mil per quarter.
Digital Payment revenue looks to be going for a super growth in the Jan to March quarter. See my earlier post. Circa $5mil+ at least a quarter.
BNPL now fully funded in terms of bnpl loans , app is rolled out, major partnership signed up with alot more to come.
Not sure how much better the company could actually perform for people to see the this for what it is - a very well managed company and its going places IMHO.
