As always, the market has its lows or highs. whichever 'investors' you refer to which are getting spooked as you say from this downturn in the market are the most foolish and amateur investors there is to be. Idiots sell during these times, people with half a brain and decent knowledge of the market know that this is either a time for holding or buying up more stock of companies they have been watching.
