I like to think with APT and Z1P rallying. IOU will get some attention from speculative penny stock investors/day traders. It was settling down but now it's starting to get volatile. I've doubled down, let's see what happens. Long term I think we'll be north of 60c, worst case scenario a take over at a low punt.
