Also, it's worth it sometimes to just keep your trading analysis simple... check out the IOUpay website. It is professional and there is a clear attention to detail when it comes to it's recent marketing. It's also worth checking out the names and relevant experience of their leadership and board. Do some "googling" on those names. Compare how IOU looks in comparison to other companies in similar situations or at similar SPs. Come to a decision about whether you would feel confident showing this website and speaking about this company with a friend or colleague and not feel like a complete tool. (When you watch shitty youtube videos alone and love them but then cringe if someone else watches them with you... You SHOULD NOT feel that way about a company where you put your money... It's not meant to be a guilty pleasure)

For me, this company is about as solid as it gets at this price. Does this mean it will "go to the moon"? Maybe not, sometimes in the world of money, everything looks good and might even work good and still fail due to factors out of the company's controls. But if this company doesn't give you confidence at these prices with it's fundamentals and the way it handles itself, then there really isn't a company for you at these prices and perhaps focusing on blue chip prospects or ETFs is better for your style of trading.

With that being said, manage your risk and decide on how much money you are willing to lose before investing in a company with such a low SP because this thing could just crash and burn.
