They had 4 months to contact merchants and line them up for the hard launch. The agreements were already in place, so they were free to call and onboard quality merchants. They should have launched with at least 1000 merchants and an ad campaign across Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. What good would an ad campaign do now when you're bringing customers to a site with sushi and some other c. ra p merchants?
