You may have mentioned before you ran a business, so you'll know very well how lazy people are unless they're managed well and incentivised. IOU employees have been running one business, and now on top of that they're being asked to build this new one while working from home.

If they're not lazy or incompetent, how do you explain the lack of updates; the social media pages; the layout of the website; the lack of communication; quarterlies released on the last day of the month after market closes; 90 merchants in 4 months; the PPI debacle?

Speaking of ridiculous, I would also really love to hear your opinion on how in the world anyone would think the 'hard launch' was the right way to launch an exciting new product to the Malaysian market? That wasn't aimed at the consumer and really confirms everything I'm saying about the company being all fluff.
