Hey mate, thanks for that, so doing some very rough math:
- Assume best case and that 1,000+ as indicated on Google Play store is 5,000 downloads
- Assume Android usage in Malaysia at 75% and Apple 25% (very rough)
- So 5,000 users download on Android between launch and today, let's add in another 25% on top for Apple users, being 6,250 downloads between launch and now.

It's been 32 days since launch, so 195 downloads per day. Across 300 merchants, and that's assuming we've signed up no new merchants since launch which is unlikely, it's less than 1 new customer per merchant per day. Just 1. In fact it's closer to half a customer.

I appreciate these are some very rough calcs, but it doesn't take a genius to see these are not great numbers yet. I've also used best-case rough figures here, which is worrying. Still early days, but hoping when COVID subsides we'll see that $50m put to good use and turbocharge some of these figures.
