Good one @TheAnalyst007The only explanation I can think of is those are that are fully invested are the ones who want the share price going up.
For example, if I put in $10k and that's all I want to put in to a company, then naturally I want the share price to go up.
If I put in $10k and if I want to chip in $1000/month for the next few months, I would be happy to see the SP tracking down.
Can't think of anything else.
