Hi Steve, I could be wrong - but i think it's just shutting down the 'e-wallet'. Razor is a huge company outside of this. Also you would notice in one of the previous announcements IOU is acquiring the merchants from Razor as part of an agreement - so there is a mutually beneficial strategy here for both companies. Screencap below. Nothing to worry about IMO. All going to plan (i think).
