I searched up 'MyIOU app reviews' and found a link to google play app reviews. there are indeed some 1 star reviews but I'm also seeing IOU respond directly and then some reviewers changing their reviews back up to 5 stars once the problem was fixed. As long as the team running the IOU app act quickly and effectively it shouldn't be a problem.
