With APRA looking at regulating the BNPL industry and the biggest BNPL company on the ASX being bought out by the American super fintech. I believe a combination of these two actions could lead to a rerate of IOU valuation who are exclusivly exposed to Malaysia (acknowledging this may increase by an additional two SEA territories by end of CY 2021 as borders open up).
