I think the sp is sentiment and momentum driven rather than detailed metrics as you have set out in your post.
At this point IOU has no momentum as there's little news flow.
If IOU gets a good deal to expand its offering across other SEA markets this could change.
Being just confined to the Malaysian market is limiting imo.
Also as you mentioned if we get a good funding deal that could change sentiment and momentum as well.
