If these issues are so important to you then why not contact management or why not divest your shares?

That's what I don't understand, why keep posting about the things you're not happy about and then do nothing about them? Are you trying to lead a shareholder revolt or something?

If you're seriously concerned about how the company is being run and you want to form a group of shareholders to lodge a complaint that won't be ignored because of the number percentage held by the group then you should state that. Setup an email address for this purpose or create a Google sheets document and share the link asking people to sign up. Then after a few days when people have had a chance to add their details, lodge your complaint with the company. Be clear about what you expect the company to do about the concerns of the group.

There's a lot of complaints being posted here quite endlessly but no action being taken.
