There is no discussion though. It's just post after post and if one disagrees they are labeled as a parrot or a cheerleader. Thoughtful disagreement is a wonderful thing, it helps bring differing perspectives which can aid in better decision making. What we're seeing though is complaints about things that were once considered good things until the share price went down. In reality the share price decline is more likely related to broader economic outcomes such as the acceleration of inflation causing high growth company valuations to decline. This is evident by the fact that most BNPL company market caps have significantly decreased. That fact seems to be overlooked though because the people complaining are invested in this company so somehow the problem must lay with management decisions. Go figure.
