I understand Kev's frustration but something I feel a lot of people are missing is that much of SEA operates so differently to western society in many ways. I holidayed in KL and Cambodia 3 years ago; the contrast to Australia is almost indescribable...especially rurally. imo iou investors need to not only research iou more, but also the regions and culture, and how they translate to the financial world. it's inconceivable for some to believe that much of the world is 'under-banked' considering the infrastructure and necessity for those of us in a country like Australia to belong to a bank. iou is kinda like skipping a step of where we are to integrate so much more than a bnpl offering imo. the complexity to onboard the public is a greater job, but I believe it'll work...just not exactly the way we're use to seeing.
