That would be an EXTREMELY misleading statement to say NOTHING has changed in the business since Feb/March 2021?

The company raised $50mil at 50c off the back of the huge BNPL hype in Feb.

Released a sugar coated roadmap in March - and by September had achieved just a fraction of their timeline objectives and completely veered off tangent in September by spending 82% of their cash holding acquiring IDSB for $42mil AUD

That $42mil cash spent amounted to 8 cents per share that underpinned IOU's share price throughout the covid periods. The market effectively would value iou at 8c less and it showed from Sept to Dec now just look at the sp - basically no longer had a backbone to support itself after the market saw the $42mil deal.

People here thinks its just a simple case of $42mil cash spent and IOU gets a $42mil asset on our balance sheet. That is just a pure fantasy - the market won't even bat an eye lid what IOU carries on its balance sheet UNLESS it is an CASH asset.

Too many inexperienced noggins here creating a following leading the blind IMO
