I'm not sure that winning the market at all costs is LT sensible. My thoughts on the pace of BNPL for IOU is that if they select robust customers that will not default then slowly they can build a profitable arm for the overall business. Buying IDSB enables this, as do perhaps country folk that live by their means.
IOU has growth pipelines and does not want too much default along the way. If all their businesses contribute profit I would be very pleased.
