Again l ask we focus on the real IOU stuffs.
AGM for example, Paul Russell options and request for further 10% dilution. Neither comes with enough information to decide on a vote, in particular the extra 10% and why they think they need it.
Imo that is heavily reliant on wholesale funding.
It's interesting that they've put a 35 cent SP for performance options also. Is this a considered fair value?
