That is very common the 10% extra dilution. Most plays I am in have done the same thing. They exhausted their capacity with the last raise, so want some extra space for Feb onwards.

I said earlier that I think the options are too high. $.034 cents is more than 100% SP gains, which although great for us, seems like a high bar. Most companies don't put the bar that high, so I guess you can take it as a positive from a shareholder perspective. If they put the option at .18c I am guessing some of the friendly locals would have jumped on it.
