You seemed to like talking a lot of hypotheticals ten or so months ago. As soon as your hypotheticals didn't pan out your attitude changed. The reason you don't have many fans here is because you post with one absolute view and tell people to toughen up when they don't agree then in the blink of an eye you post completely the opposite view and say that management haven't done their job. There's very little support for your argument that management haven't done their job.

You compare a 6 month operation to a business that's been operating for 18 months with headquarters in Singapore where they have less stringent lockdown measures. You've also compared IOU to other companies that have been running for 3 or more years.

You've said the app doesn't work when there's nearly 30k downloads and less than 100 negative reviews. The app has also transacted more than $10m in sales.

You've mentioned the use of 80% of cash to acquire an asset that will yield 12.5% in the first two years and will increase over time as IDSB grows. It also has the potential to grow BNPL customers with high quality credit. You say that it was a waste of money and outside of the initial roadmap that was provided. In actual fact if you look at the roadmap and the commentary by the company the initial plan was always to grow within Malaysia first. This was also supported by another Hotcopper user that said they met with management and this was discussed. Yet you still complain about this and do not listen to any opposing opinion.

There's little if any evidence to support your complaints about the company. As soon as someone raises a fair opposition you completely ignore it and look for something else to complain about. If you actually came up with a good reason why the company or management are so terrible that would be fair enough but it is just empty complaints all because the share price went from 20c to 80c in the space of 3 days. Then over the following 4 or so months has gone back down to 16c. There's also ample evidence to explain the perpetrator of this share price action and why they did it. If you missed the comments, it was credit suisse and they did it because of mounting pressures around their failed investments in Greensill and Archegos. This had nothing to do with the company or management.

You keep saying that you didn't get burned but your behavior indicates otherwise. Even if you did make a small profit you must be annoyed that you didn't make anywhere near as much as you would have made at the ATH. This I believe is why you are annoyed. It has absolutely nothing to do with management and more to do with your own decision making. Losing "faith and trust" in management is just an easy excuse for missing an opportunity. The sooner you make peace with it and move on the happier you will be. You can also blame other people for booting you from a private chat room but let's be honest, if you were calling people hillbillies, hype crew or anything like that can you blame people for not wanting you around? Just today there's been too people stating that they wish they could have you suspended from posting.

If you truly have a quality reason for this investment being poor quality, let's see some critical analysis. You'll gain far more respect from quality, research based analysis than you will be holding a grudge and calling people names. This is my own personal opinion. I don't have anything against you. I just think you can do better.
