Why is iou management willing to spend that large amount of shareholders' cash of which they contributed nothing to?

Easy isnt to know why. They have hardly any skin in the game and the last thing i would expect is they spending company cash wisely. Its other people's money after all.

As for IDsb acquisition , in Malaysia you do not get a licence to drive a car without greasing someone hands in authority let alone anything else.

When that large of cash is involved it raises some flags for me. Clearly you have little clue on how things works in Msia so you should refrain from making judgements you are not qualified to make from a non locals perspective imho
