Again i think you miss the point. It is not so much about the corruption.
More so it is what risk mitigations are in place to safeguard IOU's non controlling interest investment in a Private single shareholder company/business.
I dont expect you to have the answer to this but its a concern nonetheless. A large cash acquisition to a company that had 1 beneficiary and 1 decision maker.
IOU management sure likes to risk it with other people's money that much is certain imho.
Hopefully as you say this is a great deal and works out for you. I am not so optimistic.
Personally I won't be surprised nothing comes of the IDBS deal - no meaning collaboration anyways just like all the ipay88, razer, myp1 etc deals
At least we didnt have to spend a cent on the ipay88 deals etc compared to what we have done on IDSB
