    There is no alignment of shareholder interests with broadly the management team and senior operation team as they are unlikely to have any skin in the game with IOU.

    Excluding Aaron's 4mil shares which the majority of which he received from the DNA spinoff he has not bought any since 2015.
    No other director on board has any shares either

    There are many ways to get performance based share incentives to the team to help align their interest to IOU's business performance vs sp performance.

    Staff and management can be issued with performance rights for major milestones achieved, targets reached etc. Or grant them shares which vest when a certain uplift in the vwap is achieved tied in with business milestones.

    Like I said - this team is slack as...no drive no motivation is the feeling i get from this group.
