I think @The Stig has a fair point. Certainly in terms of customer service, a team driven by a common goal to provide the best possible value to the customer can be extremely beneficial. A mixture of strong technical skills and customer focus is key. I think it's obvious that the tech could be improved but harder to judge what is happening on the ground in MY.

In terms of management buy in, I think performance based shares are a great incentive and I don't know why they haven't done this yet. It's hard to say they don't have any drive but I would say holding off onboarding merchants because of an MCO won't cut it for me. They need to adapt. Video instructions are not hard to put together. There should be no reason for slow onboarding this year. New app version released and it should be full steam ahead.
