I think the ann re SKM closing has spurred the buying in anticipation of financing warehouse deal or otherwise expectation around international expansion or a good 4C.
It was definitely oversold at 16c and way undervalued, so a run-up to 20c was always on the cards. The recent buying and interest does seem to indicate that there is something in the pipline.
