It's probably a combination of all of those things. Trend is your friend, traders are liking it, no regulatory hurdles and decent growth over the last 6 months with pending December quarter figures.
It's important to note that Malaysia is encouraging digital payments/BNPL to aid recovery post pandemic. The lending license being government approved is a pretty good sign.
