AGM is 27 of Jan. The company may release the 4C on the day of the AGM so that the Chairman's address can make mention of the results. If I was running an AGM and was addressing shareholders I'd certainly like to be talking about current info. Anything in the works that may be putting upward pressure on the SP would certainly be known by the 27th in my opinion.
