Correct mate, the candle chart for me is never about picking how high it will be - but instead it gives the signal of when to exit from the way the candle forms and changes.
That way you let your wins run instead of predicting .
Conversely, it can be use to time the entry as the downtrend occurs the candles formed can help signal a bottom out or a short term trend change at the trough or near it.
