    I've read that they are anticipating the DBL to take some time to show any profitable benefits, but everything needs a starting point. If RHB had access to the civil servants with the AG license then yeah of course they wouldn't need IDSB. By the sounds of things, the rabbit hole is leading down the GRAB-Singtel consortium so what do I know.
