Here's few possibilities that i can think of...
RHB gets DBL and IDSB maybe a part benefactor from it (not IOU directly). they might use IOU expertise in digital services to verify and offer loans to civil servants online much faster.
IDSB may help IOU in funds by loans as they have connections with RHB preventing cap raise
IOU may pay in shares to IDSB for the remaining amount as per agreement preventing cap raise
A new updated road map will be released
or
Road map followed by cap raise..
one good thing about the company is 'no debts' as warren buffet said ' it's hard to go bankrupt without having debts'
I still value this investment, hope the newly hired people bring some value to the company... GLTAH..!!
