One huge difference is that each of the companies you mentioned grabbed thier opportunities swiftly, developed relationships at haste and had the drive to succeed written all over them.
IOU has not reached out beyond own office space to achieve the goal it sets itself, its been painfully slow, lethargic and secretive to holders. Outside of being a leading transactions business which it seems to already well on the way to being. (Isentric was and still hasn't changed much since ICU days)
Will they turn it around or always just be a wannabe, there is a huge difference between attaining and dreaming, l think the team are lost on direction to fulfil the dream of such companies you mention.
Maybe Isentric is the key, bur surely it needs a kick along, transactions over 18 months up only 70%, infrastructure improvements might make a difference but yet to be seen. IMO.
