Everyone going to the Lithium sector now is already too late. Most of those companies don't go into production until later on in their life cycles. So if you were to buy those stocks currently, they are all mostly overbought and are retreating as we speak. So most are comparing apples to oranges and are oblivious to as how the market works in different sectors.

As to why IOU doesn't release information to the public currently is another topic. One would assume that if you were in the shoes of bigger players dictating the market, you wouldn't want the price to run extremely fast as they would like to accumulate at these levels, as clearly shown on the charts/data. I can see the consolidation zones for IOU over the past few months and it is similar to that of other stocks that have had sideways movement, before its eventual breakout to the upside.

Examples of these sideways movement stocks are LKE & PLS and have had tremendous upside currently.
